Hello All Souls EYC!

Coffee House, Youthworks Mission trip dinner, midBEGINNINGdle Conference...

I hope you all had a fun and relaxing Labor Day weekend!  I wanted to give a special SHOUT OUT to Leah Donatelli, Kelsey and Brendan Smith for their help with the Camp Henry presentation in the Adult Forum last Sunday morning. Way to REPRESENT!

This Sundays EYC events include an ALL EYC Coffee House Gathering at 10:10am in the Upper Room of the Warner Building. Join us for food, fun and conversation. Plus a  15 minute special power point presentation.  There are two topics being considered so come and be surprised.

Our evening EYC event is a dinner gathering at Trinity Episcopal Church and YOU ARE INVITED. We will have a chance to hear from the participants of the YOUTHWORKS mission trip to Birmingham Alabama and to eat a yummy meal with the participants parents, sponsors, and EYC members from around our deanery.  There will also be an "open mic" time for others to share about any service projects or volunteer opportunities of interest.

Mission trip participants are to arrive at 4pm to help with set up and are also asked to bring a dessert to share
( Joseph, Brendan, Anne, Robert, Andrew)... and our now East Coast Alex ; )

Guests are invited to arrive around 5pm with the presentation beginning at 5:30pm. The event will end around 7pm with mission trip participants staying a bit longer to help clean up.  Drop off and Pick up are at the rear parking lot of Trinity Episcopal located in downtown Asheville.       Please send a quick note to RSVP if you plan to attend.

LOOKING AHEAD>>> just a reminder that midBEGINNINGdle , Middle school conference is September 17-19th and there is still time to register! Check out the following link for application information.    http://www.diocesewnc.org/uploads/File/2010%20midBEGINNINGdle%20Application.pdf
