Hello EYC!
Happy Easter Time! Hope you all had a good Spring Break and are back into the swing of things.
This Friday is our LOCK IN!!! All 6th - 12th EYC members are invited to join us for an overnight at the Cathedral! Our evening will include field games, pizza, crafts, a scavenger hunt in the nave, Wii, Movies and more. Here is the scoop if you plan to attend:
5:30-6:30 EYC parents and youth who are making donations to the PORCH SALE are invited to the parish hall to help sort and price items. At 6:30pm we will serve pizza and this will be our official lock in gathering time. Things to bring include: a sleeping bag (sleep pad optional), an overnight bag ( toothbrush, PJs or sweats) and a SNACK to share. Each person is also encouraged to bring an ACTIVITY such as a game or a craft to share that will add to our overnight extravaganza! Wake up time will be 7ish with bagels and cream cheese provided. Pick up time is 8am, which is also the start of the porch sale so parents....come ready to SHOP! Proceeds from the sale will be going to offset cost of the Kanuga Family Weekend that will take place mid May. If you have any questions about the lock in please feel free to contact me. Also, reservations are not required but would be helpful. Parents, mentors, Sunday school teachers are also welcome to join us for any portion of the evening. Please call if you are able to volunteer.
NEWS FLASH: Quick note on an important change in our calendar of events. The Tourist baseball game set for 4/18 will need to be rescheduled due to a calendar error on my part. Sorry for any inconvienence. We will revisit this activity in the Summer time.

Reflections will be shared during the sermon time by: Victoria, Joanna, Austen and Taylor. Come join us as we send the class of 2010 out into the world, Cathedral style.
And Yes.. SUNDAY SCHOOL is back in action on the morning of the 18th. 10:10 am in the Warner Building.
Blessings and Peace.
