This week's events
Wine and Cheese on Friday night; Church of the Advocate on Sunday.
Hello EYC
The Progressvie dinner was SO much fun! Many Thanks!! To
those of you who showed up to spread some Advent Cheer for our Caroling
event and to the Krupnick, Henry and Elmore families for your
hospitality!!! And to Fraizer and Tahani for the musical leadership
that made it all come together!
This week we have two EYC events that you are invited to participate in.
Friday night December 11th is
the annual "Wine and Cheese" event for the adults. ; ) And for us, it
is an opportunity to earn some money toward summer missions and trips
for us. EYC members are needed to help lead crafts, games and provide
childcare from 6-8pm. Please contact Shawna if you are able to attend.
Our Sunday EYC activity is a service project and worship with Church of the Advocate.
As many of you may know COA was started by
All Souls over a decade ago as part of our outreach ministry to the
homeless. There are about 100-125 people who attend the afternoon
worship service that meets in the under croft of Trinity Episcopal.
Our EYC will be joined by youth from St. James, St. Mathias and Trinity
as we help in the leadership of the worship service. We will prepare
and serve lunch after worship and will also help sort and distribute
Christmas gift packages.
Plan on arriving AT TRINITY 1pm and staying untill 3:30pm.
NOTE: COA entrance is on the Courtyard side of Trinity's building
