Advent Happenings
Hello Episcopal Youth Community Just a few reminders on our Advent happenings for the calendar.
29th is Advent Wreath Making and Potluck
ATTACHMENT: RADIX Brochure & Application 2010 (pdf)
6th is the PROGRESSIVE Dinner and Caroling Event
We will start in Biltmore Village 3pm and end at the home of the Henry's 7:45pm with dessert and gift exchange.
Please let me know if you have a musical talent that you would like to contribute toward the evening.
13th Service Project and Worship with Church of the Advocate
20th TBA
I hope to plan an Ice Skating outing at the Civic Center some time over the Holiday Break date TBA
ALSO, for the Senior High Group...
As part of our preparation for the May 9th Confirmation you are invited
and heavily encouraged to attend a confirmation retreat weekend called
"RADIX" ( Latin for Roots). The event takes place at Kanuga and is set for January 29-31st.
( Please note the date change from the originally scheduled February
weekend). I have attached a file with the application and information.
