HELLO out there to the Episcopal YOUTH Community, Just a few updates for this week and beyond.

Due to the unavailability of the sanctuary space AND the need to do a "POWER REVIEW" this Sunday, we are going to move our rehearsal time with parents to NEXT WEEK at 1pm on Sunday November 8th.
I encourage each of you to make your BEST
"Morning after Halloween Effort" to meet with Jim and Jocelyn for this
last round of classroom preparation before the November 15th ceremony.

This Weeks EVENING EYC ACTIVITY
All EYC are invited to meet in the parish hall kitchen at 4pm
for a brief program on ALL SOULS DAY before joining in on the requiem
5-6pm requiem service in the nave. We will be serving up some "soul cakes"
and sharing some stories about our All Souls, "Communion of Saints".
Many of you may already know that All Souls day is when we lift up our
prayers for the departed. The requiem http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Requiem is a special service service. Prepare to be mesmerized by MOZART, and plan to dress
your best as we show our respect to those who have gone before us and
honor this feast day of "ALL SOULS". Also, If you have or know some
one who has lost a loved one this year please bring a photo to place on
the alter in the sanctuary.
Senior High are invited to an extended EYC dinner outing. We will decide on a location as a group. Bring 10$ to cover meal cost.
NEXT WEEK
IT's the RITE 13 Overnight Cave Trip to the Lost Sea November 7th-8th. ALL
Middle School youth are invited to attend. We will be leaving the
church at 1pm on Saturday and returning at 1pm on Sunday. Adult
leaders are Jim Julien, Franklin Sorrels and myself. We will also have
spelunking guides assigned to our group. Please reserve your spot by
this Sunday and I will be in touch with more specifics on the trip. (Current RSVP's for Norlins (3), A. Melton)
