Vestry
The Vestry is responsible for enhancing both the spiritual and organizational life of the parish. It manages all church property and assets, approves the budget, and authorizes major expenditures. All Souls has senior and junior wardens, a treasurer, clerk, and ten additional members. Keep these Vestry members in your prayers — they have many responsibilities, and they are much appreciated!
MEETINGS
Meetings of the Vestry are held the 3rd Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. and are open to all members of the Cathedral. Copies of the minutes can be obtained through the Cathedral office.
MEMBERS
Each year the Nominating Committee considers proposed
vestry members and recommends a slate of candidates. This slate is then approved by the Vestry. Elections are held each year at the Annual Meeting, where nominations are also accepted from the floor. Four positions are filled each year, for three year terms.
