DOCC meets each Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00, with appropriate holidays off (consult the schedule). 

The first 45 minutes or so will consist of a presentation by Jim Pritchett.  Participants then break into small groups of 8-10 lead by trained facilitators.  You will meet with the same small group all year.  In the small  groups, participants primarily discuss how the subject of the presentation is relevant to their lives.  Small groups practice active, non-judgmental listening, and group meetings are confidential.
