When you need to reach the clergy for pastoral care - Timely and compassionate pastoral care for you and your family is very important to the clergy of All Souls. We would like you to know that if you or a family member have a pastoral care need during business hours you may reach a clergy member by calling the business office at 828-274-2681. Please tell the person you are speaking with that you are calling for pastoral care and that you need to speak to a clergy person. You will be asked if your need is urgent; please let them know it is if you have need to speak with or see a clergy person right away and they will contact the clergy person on call. If it is not urgent you will be directed to the clergy person’s voicemail. If your pastoral care need is after hours please call the clergy direct. We ask you to please call both clergy persons with your need so that we can insure a timely response. We know that it can be difficult to name your need as urgent, even when it is so, but please know that the staff and clergy value pastoral care that is accessible and thus we appreciate you reaching out to us when in urgent need.
